Our Favorite High End Food Truck in Santa Barbara

Who would have thought it was possible to order high quality food from a food truck, right in our own back yard.  

As specialists in high quality Tahitian vanilla beans, Vanilla From Tahiti is always on the look out for fellow food connoisseurs.

We recently met Liz Bradley, owner of OsteetTruck.  She has been a gourmet food manufacturer and pastry chef for the past eight years, manufacturing food for establishments including CostcoWilliams-Sonoma and Bristol Farms.
According to Liz, the Santa Barbara-based gourmet retail food business has been hit hard during the past two years.  “The overhead is so much lower with a gourmet mobile food truck that we can pass the value on to our customers,” said Liz Bradley, president and CEO of O Street Truck. “The only difference (from a traditional restaurant) is that we’re going to be on many streets as opposed to just one."

Established in April 2011, O Street Truck serves french-fusion cuisine on the streets of Santa Barbara! Dishes include: Banh Mi sandwiches (french-vietnamese), french-mex tacos and burritos, french pastry pizzas and pommes frites with wild California dipping sauces. Artisan, all natural, locally sourced ingredients and the coolest combination of flavors make O Street Truck the place to find in SB (Carpinteria, Goleta, Ventura, IV and Onxnard, too)!

If the event is on private property and in Santa Barbara, no permits are required. Other cities might need special permits. We can provide you with the requirements for most local cities. $20 per person ($1,500 minimum) + 15% service fee + tax + travel (if outside of SB)
